We’re so pleased you’re considering Lynn-Rose School for your child. Choosing a school is a big decision, and we’re here to make each step feel clear, personal and reassuring for your family. Our admissions process is designed around conversations, not paperwork: you’ll start by getting in touch and visiting us, then move through a simple application and enrolment journey with guidance at every stage.

    Initial inquiry 

    Begin by completing our online inquiry form to tell us about your child and your hopes for their education. Our Admissions team will contact you to answer your initial questions and outline how Lynn-Rose School can support your family.

    Visit our campuses

    Book a personalised tour or attend an open house to experience Lynn-Rose in action. Visit the campus for your child’s grade, see classrooms and shared spaces and meet staff who will support your child’s learning and wellbeing.

    Apply and share documents

    Submit an application for your child and upload required documents, such as birth certificate, immunization records and recent report cards.

  • 04

    Provide teacher reference

    After you apply, we request a Teacher Recommendation Letter from your child’s current school. Our Academic Team reviews this alongside report cards, then arranges an assessment and interview to get to know your child and how we can best support them.

    Enrollment fee & assessment

    Pay the non-refundable enrollment fee to hold a place for your child. They will then join a classroom visit, take part in activities and meet with the Principal for an interview.

    Offer and enrollment

    If your child is accepted, families receive a written offer and enrollment package. To confirm the place, they return the signed forms, including the Code of Conduct, along with a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.

    Welcome to Lynn-Rose School

    We finalize enrolment via DocuSign and share key details such as uniforms, timetables and transportation. New students join an orientation, tour the campus and are paired with a student ambassador.

Admission FAQs

Families will receive their re-enrollment documents via DocuSign at the beginning of January. They are required to complete the forms, submit the necessary Enrollment Fee, and confirm their child’s placement for the upcoming school year.

To be eligible for a loyalty tuition reduction, families must complete the re enrollment process and submit the required deposit by the stated deadline.

Families who re-enroll after the stated deadline may be subject to standard tuition rates and may not qualify for loyalty pricing. Early re-enrollment also helps ensure priority placement.

Lynn-Rose offers multiple payment plans:

â—Ź Advanced Payment Plan: Pay tuition in full by June 1,each year and receive an
additional 5% discount.
● Monthly Payment Plan: Begins September 1, each year. Families must submit a void cheque or PAD form for monthly installments

The Referral Discount Program rewards current families for referring new students.

  • Step 1: Submit the prospective family’s contact information to the Admissions Office.
  • Step 2: Once the referred student is successfully enrolled, both families receive a tuition discount for the applicable school year.

The school recognizes that circumstances may vary. Families who require support or have questions are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office at admissions@lynnroseheights.org for assistance.

Returning international students are required to submit a deposit by the stated deadline as part of the re-enrollment process. This ensures their place is secured for the upcoming academic year

Once the completed re-enrollment documents and deposit are received, families will receive a confirmation email from the Admission’s Office.
