Book an information meeting
International families are encouraged to book a virtual meeting to learn more about Lynn-Rose School, our IB programmes and campus life. Our admissions team will answer questions, explain grade placement and guide you through the next steps in the process.
Complete and submit application
Families complete and submit the online application form and upload the required documents. To keep your application on track, all documents should be submitted together, as missing or incomplete items may delay processing.
Book the interview
After reviewing the application, the school will invite the student to an interview with the Principal of the Upper School (for relevant grades). This conversation helps us understand the student’s interests, strengths and goals and ensures Lynn-Rose is the right fit academically and personally.
Offer of place and deposit
When a student is accepted, families submit a deposit per child to secure a spot. Upon receipt of the deposit, an official acceptance letter is issued, which can be used to support the student visa application with Canadian immigration authorities.
Enrollment confirmation and visa decision
After the acceptance letter is issued, the contract is sent via DocuSign, the remaining fees are paid once the student visa is approved and the family then travels to Canada with the required documents to present at the border.
Travel and homestay arrangements
After visa approval, families book travel to Canada and finalize homestay or accommodation arrangements. This includes confirming flights, airport pickup (if needed) and ensuring the student travels with all required documents for Canadian border control, including visa, passport and school acceptance letter.

International applicants are required to pay a non‑refundable enrollment fee of $10,000 (CAD) to confirm acceptance and secure a place in the program. This fee is separate from tuition and must be paid each year upon re-registration.
No. $2,000 of the enrollment fee is non-refundable, while $8,000 is applied toward tuition. The enrollment fee portion is not applied toward tuition and must be paid each year upon re-registration.
The enrollment fee must be paid before the assessment/interview takes place. Timely payment is required to secure your spot and support any required immigration documentation.
Enrollment fees are generally non‑refundable. However, if a study permit is officially refused with documentation, $8,000 will be refunded toward tuition, while the $2,000 non-refundable portion remains.
Failure to pay tuition in full by the deadline can result in your admission offer being rescinded. In this case, your $2,000 non‑refundable enrollment fee will be retained, and the remaining $8,000 tuition portion will be refunded.
